That is why pixon engineering AG invests in the future of young people and offers them the opportunity to complete their training in a dynamic and innovative company. We offer apprentices an introduction to the world of work and turn them into proven professionals. This results from the close connection between theory and practice. The main part of the training takes place in the company and so precisely those qualifications can be imparted that are in demand in the world of work.

We offer the learners a progressive working environment and stimulating working conditions. The training in an SME enables the learners to get to know all areas of teaching and also to understand the cross-departmental processes. Due to the diversity of the areas of expertise of the pixon team, learners can benefit from the knowledge and experience of the employees.

Our company has been training apprentices since 2009. To this day, we offer committed and open apprenticeships, training positions for the following formations:

Since August 2010, pixon has also been offering internships for students at the OMS commercial school in Brig. This educational path is completed after three years of full-time school with a year of vocational baccalaureate internship in a company. The core of this internship is the diploma thesis, which is written in close cooperation with the company.

Pixon shares the positive attitude towards the promotion of professionals with regard to the further training of its employees. We know learning is like rowing; If you stop it, you drift back.
