1. Xiaomi Mi Pro 2 e-scooter, 20 km / h

EnlargeReally good e-scooter from the smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi

The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has finally retrofitted its e-scooters so that they can drive on German roads (does not apply to all Xiaomi models!). The trendy e-scooter has an aluminum frame, weighs 14.2 kg and can be loaded with a maximum weight of 100 kg. This e-scooter can also be easily folded up and transported. The fully charged battery should be enough for 45 kilometers of driving pleasure - an enormous range for this price range. An integrated LED display shows speed, battery level, driving mode and whether the light is on or off. Smart driving: If you install the Mi Home app on your smartphone, you can connect the scooter to it and have many other advantages: The app provides more detailed information such as battery voltage and remaining range. You can also use the app to activate theft protection by simply locking the engine. If someone tampered with the device, you will receive an alarm on your cell phone.

This scooter from Xiaomi is also recommended. It has a little less battery power than the Mi Pro 2: When the battery is fully charged, the scooter can travel up to 30 kilometers. On the other hand, at only 12.5 kg, it is also lighter and therefore easier to carry. Tire size, maximum load and app functionality are the same as with the Xiaomi Mi Pro 2. And the price is simply unbeatable: You can order the device from Mediamarkt for 399 euros.

The stylish e-scooter from the well-known Segway brand has the greatest range of all models presented here. You can drive up to 65 km with one battery charge. This is reflected in the weight: at 19.5 kg, the scooter is quite heavy. The person's load should not exceed 100 kg. The Ninebot is rated as 2.2 Test winner from the ADAC e-scooter test of 2019/2020.

The Ninebot is equipped with 10-inch pneumatic tires, which means a high level of driving comfort. In general, the bigger the tires on an e-scooter, the more stable and comfortable the driving style. For its high quality, the Ninebot Scooter is really cheap: it costs from 799 euros.
