Milk fortified with Lactaid Calcium contains 2% less fat, 1% fat, non-fat and whole milk. Lactaid milk is also available in organic quality with a reduced fat content of 2 percent and fat-free.

One cup of Lactaid whole milk contains 160 calories, 8 g of fat - 5 g of saturated fat, 35 mg of cholesterol, 125 mg of sodium, and 350 mg of potassium. Reduced fat 2 percent contains 130 calories, 5 grams of fat - 3 grams of saturated fat, 20 mg of cholesterol, 125 mg of sodium, and 370 mg of potassium. A serving of Lactaid whole milk contains a total of 12 g of carbohydrates, no fiber, 12 g of sugar and 8 g of protein.
