COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No. 988/92 of 21 April 1992 fixing unit average values ​​for determining the customs value of certain perishable goods

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

based on the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

based on Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 1577/81 of 12 June 1981 introducing a system of simplified procedures for determining the customs value of certain perishable goods (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No. 3334/90 ( 2), in particular Article 1,

Whereas:

article 1

of Regulation (EEC) No 1577/81 stipulates that the Commission shall fix periodic average values ​​per unit for the goods according to the classification in the annex.

The application of the rules and criteria set out in the same regulation to the information communicated to the Commission in accordance with Article 1 (2) of that regulation results in the average values ​​per unit set out in the annex to this regulation -

HAS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING REGULATION:

article 1

The unit average values ​​provided for in Article 1 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1577/81 shall be as set out in the Annex.

Article 2

This ordinance comes into force on April 24, 1992. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
