The circle measurement tool can be used to determine the radius, circumference and area of ​​a circular area. The measuring tool is available in two versions: By moving one of the three points on the circle on which all three points lie is calculated for each circle.

Functions in the popup menu

if the measuring instrument is moved, it determines which window is below it and saves this. If this window is moved in the further course, the measuring instrument moves synchronously with this window. The mode is active as long as the menu entry is selected and the window is visible. If the window is minimized or the application is closed, this mode is automatically deactivated.
the measuring instrument is brought into a defined starting position
a copy of the measuring instrument is made. The copy is deactivated, but can be activated and deleted via its popup menu
